Save Us, Captain Arturo!

Who the heck is Captain Arturo? A couple of images of this sticker showed up in our Flickr pool recently, and they’re apparently all over DC. Obviously modeled after Captain America, Arturo seems to be his long-haired cousin or something. In any case, I know I wouldn’t mind a superhero swooping into DC and fixing a few things.

  1. I’ve been wondering the same thing myself. These stickers showed up on the backs of signs on the Duke Ellington Bridge a while ago.

  2. I think I saw around 4 of these on Wisconsin Ave. between Friendship Heights and Georgetown.

    Obviously, I took pictures of a few.
