With a name like Harriette, I go immediately to the Antoinette “Let Them Eat Cake” lines, but today I’ll put that on hold. Harriette Walters will plead guilty to stealing $48 million or so in DC Revenue over a period of years. Major kudos to the DC Examiner for their work on breaking the story. Terms of the deal haven’t been announced yet, but I’m hoping they’ll keep her in a box at the Crime & Punishment Museum…
