Sgt. Simeon Klebaner of the US Park Police’s Aviation division does, though, and while out on patrol snapped some fantastic aerial shots of our fair town smothered in almost two feet of snow.

I remember New York City’s special snow trucks: dump trucks with a heated bed and a snow blower up front. The snow blower grabbed the snow and blew it into the heated bed where it melted. When the truck was full of water, the truck drove down to the docks and dumped the snowmelt into the Hudson or East River.Sounds like DC, Alexandria, and other riverside communities could use them.
