Final Four Parties!

I know everyone is gearing up to watch the Tar Heels PWN the Final Four this weekend, but where oh where are you going to watch this domination?

Luckily, I love you, WLDC reader, (almost as much as I love my Heels)  and I’ve prepared a list of places in the area holding Final Four viewing parties. (Which work even if you’re not a Carolina fan!)  The Arlington Athletic and Social Leauge’s  Final Four Party at Union Jack’s in Ballston is gearing up to be a good time. AASL promises complimentary appetizers, and specials on Miller Lite & Absolut in a reserved area.

Hudson is throwing a FF party with Miller Lite specials (what is with all this Miller Lite, yick!) and other happy hour specials with proceeds going to EarthEcho. Hudson promises an ice luge with Emporer Vodka. What, are we reliving our college glory days here, or something?

Mister Days on Clarendon is sweetening their Final Four party by giving away Springsteen tickets. Random.

The typical players are obviously in on the action: March insanity has hit BlackFinn in Bethesda, Crystal City Sports Pub will be going non-stop, and The Pour House and Rhino are offering the standard specials.

    I do remember seeing a bunch of Carolina folk at Front Page in Ballston once. They were even serving beer from He’s Not Here cups imported from Chapel Hill. I quickly left.
