Chris Barylick’s Comedy in Clarendon is throwing the “Help Brad Ryan’s Family Showcase” at the Eleventh Street Lounge this Thursday from 8:30 to 11:30 to help out a fellow comic.

Brad Ryan’s house recently caught fire, which is not funny, but we can all laugh about the fun times we had raising money for the guy by checking out the show and making a monetary donation. Date idea: This is the perfect opportunity to show your loved one that you enjoy the arts and also give to the needy. I want to kiss you just thinking about it.

Comics include Reggie Melbrough, Emily Ruskowski, Mike Finazzo and Martin Plant.

Patrick Palafox

Patrick comes from the West Texas town of El Paso, and decided to make D.C. his new home in the Spring of ’09. He didn’t think that he would love D.C., but things changed after it started seeing other people. That’s when he knew that he was in love.
