Food truck limitations
With DC Central Kitchen CEO Michael Curtin promoting food trucks as a good opportunity for people to get into the restaurant business without needing to be wildly financially successful already just to get started, it occurred to me that there’s a limit. There are some food trucks I would not like to see:
- “5 Second Rule Fries” (If you can pick your spilled lunch off the sidewalk in 5 seconds or less, it’s free!)
- “Guess the Meat”
- “Unlicensed Steak Peddler” (thanks, Kathy Henderson!)
- “What’s that Smell?”
- Marion’s Snow Cones
- Sausage Party
