In the wake of Ted Loza’s bribery arrest, and the ensuing scandal, Councilman Graham has requested Taxi Cab regulation be moved from the committee which he overseas to the Committee of the Whole, which is handled by the whole council. This is the first of the consequences of Mr. Loza’s arrest, but very likely not the last.
