Celebrity Sweat on the Mall

This just in!  Some website I’ve never heard of is reporting that Reese Witherspoon, a lucky member of my top 10 20 list, was spotted being all hot and sweaty on the Mall yesterday.  As you may or may not know, she’s in town filming How Do You Know with Owen Wilson who was nowhere to be seen.  It appears they have their product placement covered with her wearing a Nike top and Under Armour shorts (and I can only imagine what else).  Sources on the scene say that Reese was actually sprinting to my house.  How do I know?  She’s running north, that’s how.

  2. They are shooting now in Adams Morgan at 18th and Columbia. We watched the bubble tea shop for days as an inexplicable amount of work went into exterior renovations, wondering how bubble tea would generate enough revenue to justify that kind of investment.

    Walk the sidewalk and you might end up the shoot, at least that’s what the disclaimer sign says. I only read it after I got through the section of the sidewalk that it covered. I thought it was weird when the guy behind me ran full tilt into the street without looking. Then I realized that there were extras in all the cars on both sides and that the camera was rolling.

  3. Jake Gyllenhaal (or his twin brother) was wandering around Georgetown/Glover Park this morning. I can’t even imagine why he’s in town?
